About Us

HOA Community Solutions started as a sole proprietorship in 2008 with the initial plan to assist a limited number of communities. However, it quickly became clear that there was a significant need in our industry for a management company that could serve clients and communities of all sizes, including those in more rural areas. This realization led us to expand our service area beyond Pierce County to include South King, Kitsap, Mason, and Thurston Counties, allowing us to fill an unexpected niche. Today, our team proudly supports nearly two hundred associations in the Puget Sound region.

Over the years, our staff has grown steadily to include forty-two dedicated members. Our goal is to bring a positive approach to the challenges our associations face. We recognize that management companies are often not well regarded, and we aim to change that perception. We carefully screen new hires not only for their technical skills but also for their commitment to our core values.
