When you hire a management company to provide services for your community, what you are really paying for is the time spent on your association’s tasks and activities. It is not uncommon for eight or more team members to work on the different aspects of just one association.
How much time our team spends is largely determined by the size of an association and its needs. Clearly not every association has the same needs, resources or budgeting constraints. HOA Community Solutions offers a variety of service levels which are appropriate for your specific needs and your budget.
Larger communities often need a full-service management model, where small to mid-size communities can get by with a scaled back version of services.
Financial Only Service Model
If you have never had management services and are just starting out, this is a great place to start.
This package ensures that your basic operational and financial requirements will be met.
The bookkeeping & financial services option requires the least amount of community manager time.
Basic Service Model
We recommend a basic service program where a portfolio manager assists your association virtually.
The basic service level would include the bookkeeping and financial services, plus limited manager hours to support your association with CCR compliance letters and architectural application & review.
Full-Service Model
Full service management adds on regular site visits to your community and compliance letter follow up.
It also includes attendance at your board and annual meetings.
